​Step 1: Clients have signed up after completing their fitness consultation and gone through their Q&A's with me. They've purchased their bronze, silver, gold or platinum package, downloaded the fitness app and started their fitness journey.
Step 2: With improved training, dietary and lifestyle habits they started to improve their muscle tone, watch their body fat drop, increase their strength, and improve posture. I coach them through all the training sessions, meal prepping, supplements and check in's (weigh in).
Step 3: Results vary depending on clients goals from losing 4 - 12kg's of fat whilst gaining muscle, improving strength and accomplishing their goals during my 90 day training packages.
